Malisse M. Jordan

In the role of Sr. Project Consultant, Malisse brings over 20 years of accomplishments and industry expertise to Blackhawk Consultants Group in Supply Chain Management. With specialties in developing strong S&OP processes and strategies, demand planning, and procurement, she has worked with several market leading corporations in Consumer Products, Service and Transportation, Pharmaceutical, and Automotive industries.

 

A native Detroiter, Malisse attended Kettering University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, a minor in Statistics, and a Master of Science in Operations Management with a focus in Supply Chain Management.

With extensive experience in Supply Chain planning across several industries, Malisse has worked for and with industry leading companies to improve efficiencies, implement advanced ERP and planning solutions, and challenge the norms in leadership and change management. 

Malisse holds certifications in Supply Chain and ERP Implementation.

Malisse is responsible for project consultation, marketing, and promotion in addition to lead consultant for strategic investment, merchandising, and global supply chain solution projects at Blackhawk Consultant Group.

In addition, Malisse is also CEO/Founder of BlissCentric, a retail platform for up-and-coming minority brands. She also mentors young professionals and provides coaching to other brand owners on supply chain principles.
