Ken Jordan, Jr

In the role of Principal Consultant, Ken Jordan brings to Blackhawk Consultants Group over 25 years in business development, manufacturing, quality, and safety/compliance testing for Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing and the Medicinal and Adult-Use cannabis market.

 

As a native Detroiter, Ken started his career at the age of 15 working with the City of Detroit Landscape Architecture Unit. He went on to hold a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical and Industrial Engineering from Tennessee State University with an emphasis in Industrial Electronics.

 

With a passion in green technology and sustainable energy, Ken has devoted his career to the development of advanced electronics systems initially focused on industrial applications and carbon footprint reducing solutions. This included the 1st RFID based water meter instrumentation and automated brownout technologies that regulates power consumption for large cities and municipalities.

 

In 2010, Ken returned to Detroit Michigan where he brought his electronics engineering expertise to the Automotive Industry developing lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems in Automotive Industry with primary focus in, Electric Vehicle (EV) powertrain and Autonomous Driver Assist Systems (ADAS).

 

Ken expanded his experience into consulting in 2012, developing strategic business development initiatives in various industries including Automotive, Textiles, Firearms, Industrial Electronics, Medical, and Cannabis Cultivation and Production. In 2017 he founded Blackhawk Consultants Group to support both established organizations and industries as well as entrepreneurs, startups, emerging industries and markets.

 

Ken is responsible for leading projects in business development, project management, manufacturing solutions, risk management, strategic partnership and affiliate service activities at Blackhawk Consultant Group.
